the work for Bauer Media
Bauer Media is one of Australia’s leading multi-platform magazine publishers. The company publishes over 60 titles in Australia and has set up a new development team in 2013, which (re-)builds and maintains brand-owned websites. In July 2013 Bauer Media in Sydney got me on board to work as a contractor in their growing development team.
the result
The fully responsive website for Australian Geographic launched in December 2013 aiming to better integrate the brand experience across multiple mediums and platforms. The website is fully responsive and build with a Zurb Foundation 4 framework in Umbraco 6. One of my tasks was to develop a customized 960 grid, which accommodates ad spaces for (mainly non-responsive) ads.
